This is a compilation of 24 tracks by 22 bands from all around the globe and is curated by David Pfluger of Flimmer. All bands feature as instruments only drum and bass, with the odd exception of course. There might be a twang or a beep coming from some other instrument too. We don’t want to be instrument nazis after all do we. Three of the featured bands are already members of the A Tree In A Field family but there are many more to discover or re-discover as there are some names that you might have heard before, like Yoshida Tatsuya from Ruins or the Swiss Ratrak of old times for instance.
This CD has been released in cooperation with Säurefabrik and Tocado Records. The beautiful cover has been designed by Caroline Singeisen.
