Lilac Attitude release their debut EP «Love & Rage». Five songs, mixed by Gordon Raphael (Hinds, The Strokes, The Libertines, Regina Spector), which simply convey the Lilac Attitude attitude to life: to go ahead and follow your heart no matter the outcome. The five tracks on their debut EP are both classic and contemporary. It’s teenage angst with a Gen Z twist. You can hear some of the greats in there: from Hole to X Ray Spex to Kleenex, and about a thousand obscure no-hit wonders from the 70s to the 90s strobo-verse. With Jacky (vocals, keys), Daisy (guitar, vocals), Raku (bass, vocals), Squid (drums), the personal is political, with four young, brash and sometimes angry people sharing their fragile and reflective stories, tinged with the heaviness of fluidity.
